![]() ![]() ![]() They're an end-game thing, preferably faced with tier 4 creatures of your own, or multiple veteran tier 3s. They're the only ones that sometimes stay un-fought in the middle of my empire for a long time, mostly because the really tough armies with high level heroes that can clear them are busy expanding elsewhere. Mythical sites can be very tough, especially for some armies. It starts to become possible around turn 20, usually. I'm sure there are people who can beat them earlier, but I like to have decent level heroes and some tier 3 units before I try. You should be able to clear them once your hero has a few levels under his belt and you have a few nice tier 2 units with medals. And given that you don't have lousy luck with your starting units.)Įpic sites, despite what their name claims, are also pretty easy but can surprise you if you're not prepared for them. (Given average starting units and average defender strength. Technically there's also "average" which comes before "strong" and applies for places like mana vaults and whatnot that have units standing ON them rather than inside them, but that doesn't really count.Īs a rule of thumb, you should be able to clear Strong sites (ruins) with your starting army, or very soon after.
