Note this is damage after all other multipliers. Psycho-reflective screen: 9 hp / 0.15 => have to take 60 damage per cast before this breaks even with psi heal. OP is the massive undercosting of psi heal.īy the time I get psi heal I have 7 psi, so it heals for 18.
